Porsche has opened a new Charging Lounge in Ringsheim, Ortenau district. The location offers brand-exclusive fast charging of up to 400 kW, providing a premium experience tailored to Porsche drivers, with amenities designed for comfort and convenience.
This is Porsche’s eighth Charging Lounge, joining locations in Bingen am Rhein, Estenfeld, Hamburg, Ingolstadt, Koblach (Austria), Leonberg, and Nyon (Switzerland). The network now forms a strategic charging route across Europe.
The Ringsheim site includes six high-power DC charging points, available 24/7. A Taycan can charge from 10–80% in just 18 minutes, while a Macan takes around 21 minutes. The lounge features indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, and clean facilities.
The Porsche Charging Service continues to expand, offering access to over 900,000 charging points in 26 countries, including 85,000+ fast chargers above 150 kW. Porsche customers receive special rates, including €0.39/kWh for Charging Service Plus users.
The Ringsheim lounge reflects Porsche’s ongoing investment in high-end, accessible infrastructure for its growing lineup of fully electric vehicles.
